WHAT TO EXPECT DURING AN EQUILIBRIUM NERVOUS SYSTEM BALANCE

We will connect in person at Erthed in Taringa. Be greeted with gentle space to land, letting go of any worries from the outside world.

Each session is approached with sacred intention & ceremony. Through muscle testing, we will connect with your higher self, subconscious mind & body to determine the essential oil we will use to guide you on your journey back to 𓂃 EQUILIBRIUM.

Be held in gentle Reiki healing energy throughout the balance.

Receive a Nervous System Balance which will predominantly involve massage & gentle holding of your head, neck & shoulders.

Further intuitive Reiki & sound healing with crystal sound bowls will complete your session, allowing you to leave feeling grounded, rested & recharged.

Session structure: upon your arrival, we will spend approximately 15 minutes grounding into the space & gently discussing your intention for the balance with an oracle card pull , unpacking any stressors you are currently experiencing. We will then move into the healing space to complete the balance over approximately 60 minutes. This will follow with the remaining time spent gently unpacking through heart-led conversation over grounding herbal tea & a treat. The entire balance will occur over 90 minutes.

We value your time & the time of others. If you arrive late to your appointment, the session time reserved for you will be reduced & the full session amount will still apply.

NEXT STEPS

Please review the booking calendar for a date & time that suits. Payment is required whilst booking through Tidycal to confirm your appointment time.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a client intake form. Complete this form & bring it along with you to your session. I will also have copies of the form available if required, however please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session to enable completion.
