WHAT TO EXPECT DURING AN EMOTIONS and METAPHYSICAL KINESIOLOGY BALANCE

As you arrive at Erthed, you will be greeted with love and held in gentle, sacred and safe space. Kirsten's approaches each balance with ceremony and intention with all that she does. All Kinesiology balances are 90 minutes to allow time to truly unpack and balance your goal and intention on the day.

Herbal tea will be awaiting you as we commence the session by discussing your current stressors both physically and emotionally. You will come up with a goal, intention or affirmation for the direction of the session.

Once you are comfortable on the Kinesiology table, we will work through a variety of pre-checks using muscle testing including whether your nervous system is needing a reset, if you are holding any entities or attachments that require clearing, what your current universal connection is and more.

Each session is completely unique and will vary from here! You are an active participant throughout the session and we will go where your body, mind and spirit are ready to go. We will discuss and unpack everything that comes up through constant muscle testing during the session, ultimately looking to achieve clarity and a sense of balance.

We will look at where the stress around your goal, intention or affirmation is held in your energy body which can include elements or meridians (based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles), chakras (including transpersonal chakras which sit off the body) and aura layers. Your subconscious mind will communicate through muscle testing to then inform next steps throughout the session including what protocols and remedies we will use to create rectify any imbalances.

Kinesiologists do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or cure symptoms, stress or disease. We are simply a conduit, communicating between you, your body, higher self and subconscious mind. We are working with you to raise consciousness to your greatest potential, allowing energy to flow freely throughout your energy bodies, activating deep and transformative healing on all levels.

NEXT STEPS

Please review the booking calendar for a date and time that suits. Payment is required whilst booking through Tidycal to confirm your appointment time.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a client intake form. Complete this form and bring it along with you to your first session. There will also be copies of the form available if required, however please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first session to enable completion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A strict cancellation and late arrival policy is upheld at Kirsten Sorensen Energy Healing.

Regrettably, refunds are not accepted for any cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment.

We value your time and the time of others. If you arrive late to your appointment, the session time reserved for you will be reduced and the full session amount will still apply.
